Qualifications:
Must have a clean background check, drug screen
be able to pass a physical.
Must have an Ohio driver license Must have a current and valid Ohio LPN license Must have experience working in Assisted Living or Long term care facility Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia is preferred but not required Management experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and staff Wellness Nurse Manager - LPN
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all nursing care of all 50 residents during his/her shift Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants Ensure proper documentation is completed by nursing staff Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area Receive bi-weekly medications Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note, and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes Maintain a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility Rotate On-call responsibility Oversee nurse's schedules If you meet the above qualifications for our Wellness Nurse Manager - LPN position, please apply today!
