50 shift differential 401k PTO LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse IDD Services Qualifications Must have a clean background check, drug screen and physical Must have an Ohio driver license Must have a current and valid Ohio LPN license Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and staff LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse IDD Services Responsibilities Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes Maintain a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility If you meet the above qualifications for our LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse IDD Services position, please apply today!
